Physical pieces

Sizing

Each piece is handmade and can vary slightly in size (no more than 0.5cm smaller or larger) and colour can look slightly different to what you. Cancellations are not accepted. Everything should be hand washed with care and should be treated as glassware.

The pieces need to be in original packaging and in excellent condition when returned back to be eligible for return. Customers are responsible for postage costs. Refunds (minus 10% to cover postage) will be issued once the piece has been returned.

Shipping

We are currently using Royal Mail signed for 2nd class postage. Royal Mail have stated this should take 3 business days for delivery. Please note these delivery times will be slower at busy postal periods, like at Christmas.

Within UK

The price of post and packaging to the UK has been included into the price of each piece, therefore no additional costs will be added at the end.
Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at this time.

Lead Times

Pieces that are made to order, depending on the time of year and workload, their lead time can vary from 8 - 10 weeks, please see the product description at the time of purchasing. There may be the rare circumstance that it takes a bit longer than the stated lead time, if this is the case, you will be contacted to discuss options.

Items Made During Pottery Experiences

Once the piece has left the studio, FICH Ceramics is not liable for any breakages, or cracks within the pieces. It is the individual's responsibility to use the pieces with care and attention. It is the individual's responsibility to use their pieces at their own risk and to use them appropriately.
Once customer is contacted about collecting their pieces, the piece will be kept for 3 months. Outside of this timeframe, the piece will need to be disposed of due to lack of storage space within the studio.
Cracks in pieces may appear during the firing process. This is an unfortunate aspect of making pottery. FICH ceramics will do their best to fix these, but there might be some rare instances where this is not possible.
