Finished Piece

Once the piece has left the studio, FICH Ceramics is not liable for any breakages, or cracks within the pieces. It is the individual's responsibility to use the pieces with care and attention. It is the individual's responsibility to use their pieces at their own risk and to use them appropriately.

Once customer is contacted about collecting their pieces, the piece will be kept for 3 months. Outside of this timeframe, the piece will need to be disposed of due to lack of storage space within the studio.

Cracks in pieces may appear during the firing process. This is an unfortunate aspect of making pottery. FICH ceramics will do their best to fix these, but there might be some rare instances where this is not possible.
